As a veteran of print and online advertising, sales and business development, I have an established track record of generating innovative techniques for business-to-business initiatives for companies at all levels of development – from start-up to Fortune 500 corporations. My multi-faceted background includes developing sales and marketing opportunities, creating collateral and strategies, negotiating contracts to meet sales goals, developing and delivering usage studies plus designing and implementing training programs for internal and external use.

As a skilled relationship builder, I design competitive solutions to meet customer needs via flexibility, sensitivity and commitment. Whether it's sales or branding, solution selling and effective presentations will produce results for customers if the right analytical skills and feature-function-benefit philosophy are employed.

During my eight-year tenure with New York-based Real Estate Media, I launched the first sector-specific product for Real Estate Media's and a commercial real estate magazine in the Midwest.

For's retail sector, I designed the database and created name recognition by cultivating relationships with retail developers, brokers and national brand retailers. I generated marketing materials, consulted on the site's design and functionality per my clients' needs, provided proposals within clients' budgets and initiated comparison advertising. To build the revenue stream, I developed strategies such as initiating special pages for the website's retail marketplace, including the International Council of Shopping Centers' annual mega-trade show and others. More importantly, I met all goals and advertising budgets for the Web site, print publications and its sister company, the RealShare Conference Series.

As co-manager of the Midwest magazine, my duties included overseeing a staff of seven, marketing and advertising, assisting with page layouts and representing the company at trade shows.

As a consultant, my expertise runs the full gamut in terms of industries and company size. I have worked with a large law firm to develop an advertising platform, but I've also helped a small corporation determine IT needs to improve communication with clients and internally. That contract resulted in a new user manual and launch of a results-driven database for need analysis and information control.
